Below is pricing information for the Akamai Technologies, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan (“ESPP”) for the period ended November 30, 2021.

Pursuant to the ESPP, the purchase price is the lesser of the fair market value (“FMV”) of Akamai Common Stock (AKAM) on the first or last day of the offering period, less a 15% discount. Akamai’s ESPP defines FMV as the prior trading day’s closing price of Akamai Common Stock (AKAM). The purchase price for this period is USD$112.70.
